 TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE  -  BUYERS PURCHASE and PAYMENT AGREEMENT

The  undersigned purchaser and approver named, hereby orders and agrees to  the purchase and payment of marketing, advertising, and/or other  services provided by M2DS Media and/or staff, contractors, vendors or  other working in behalf of M2DS Media pursuant to the terms set forth in  the M2DS Media Terms and Agreements.

Purchaser acknowledges and agrees  to make payment for the services requested with their signature or  separately their approval sent by email or other electronic  acknowledgments.  

This form also serves as their purchase agreement and  acceptance for added services requested verbally and approved or  acknowledged electronically.
